Brand your workspace

Make signing emails and the sign page look like your company instead of Atlas.

Where to set it up

Dashboard → TeamSettingsBranding.

Platform partners use the same wizard. Branding is org-wide, not per connected account.

The setup has three steps.

Step 1: Logo and color

Add a public https logo URL and pick an accent color. The preview shows how your sign page header will look. Save before moving on.

Workspaces with no logo or color keep the default Atlas look. Signers see no change until you save something.

Step 2: Custom sending domain (optional)

If your Atlas plan includes custom email domains, enter the domain you send from (for example yourcompany.com). Atlas gives you a short list of records to add at your domain provider. After they propagate, click Check again.

Until the domain is verified, signing emails still come from Atlas (signing@send.atlaswork.ai). Your logo and colors still apply.

Step 2 is optional. Skip it if you are fine with Atlas as the sender for now.

Step 3: Test email

Send yourself a sample signing email. Confirm the logo, colors, and sender name look right before you send a real envelope.

Tips

Use a square or wide logo. Accent color drives sign page buttons and email CTAs. Hide Atlas footer removes the Atlas tagline from envelope emails; ESIGN compliance text stays.
