Invites and roles

Org admins invite teammates from Team → Members.

Invite flow

  1. Admin enters email, first name, last name, role, and team assignments.
  2. Atlas sends an invite email.
  3. Invitee signs up or logs in and accepts the invite.
  4. They land on the dashboard with the assigned role and teams.

Use first and last name so the roster stays readable.

Roles

RoleAccess
AdminFull org access. All teams. Can invite and manage settings.
MemberAssigned teams only. Can send on those teams.

You can change role and team assignments later on the members page.

Domain auto-join

Org admins can claim email domains under Team → Settings. Users with a matching domain can auto-join the org on signup.

Domain auto-join conflicts with SSO domain rules. Resolve overlaps before enabling both.

SSO (optional)

When enabled, org admins configure SAML under Team → Settings → SAML. SSO is additive. Password login still works for users outside SSO domains.

Remove a member

Admins remove members from Team → Members. Their past envelopes remain on the teams they owned.
