Send from the dashboard
Send contracts without an AI agent. Upload a PDF or DOCX, review fields and signers, then click Send.
New upload
- Open Dashboard → Send or click New envelope.
- Upload a PDF or DOCX (drag or file picker).
- Wait for field detection (~15 seconds).
- On the review page, check fields and add signer emails.
- Click Send. First signer gets email. One credit per send.
- Track status on the dashboard. Download the signed PDF when everyone finishes.
Send from a template
- Open Dashboard → Templates.
- Pick a saved template.
- Enter signers and any prefill values.
- Send. Detection does not run again.

Track and troubleshoot
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| Detection failed | Place fields manually on review, then Send |
| Out of credits | Buy under Billing, or void an unsigned pending envelope for a refund |
| Wrong signer | Reassign on envelope detail, or void and re-send |
| Sequential signing | Each signer sees only their fields. Order is fixed at send time |
