Getting started

Send from Claude? Ask for an upload link for local files. Do not attach the PDF in chat. Guide.

Send from ChatGPT? Attach PDF or DOCX in chat when you can. Otherwise use an upload link or a direct download URL. Guide.

Attach file in Claude? Does not work for Atlas on Claude Desktop, Code, or Cursor. Ask for an upload link, or use ChatGPT if you need in-chat attachment.

DOCX? Yes. PDF and DOCX everywhere.

When do signers get email? After Send on the review page.

Free sends? 5 credits on signup. One credit per send.

MCP

How do I send from chat? Paste a prompt with signer emails and how you have the document (upload link, URL, chat draft, or attachment in ChatGPT). Claude guide · ChatGPT guide

Upload session failed? You skipped the upload link, did not say "done" after uploading, or used a wrong file type.

Auto-send without review? Not for new document uploads. Template sends from chat often auto-send.

Same NDA every week? Save a template, then send again from dashboard or chat. Templates

Platform

Connected account vs team? Connected account = separate client org via API. Team = subdivision inside one org.

Who pays? platform_pays or child_pays. Billing modes

Scope to one client? Atlas-Account: ext_<external_id> on every call.

Client Atlas login? Connected accounts are API-scoped by default.

MCP for multi-tenant? No in v1. Use REST + platform key.

Signing

Parallel signing? No. Always sequential.

Delegate? Signers can reassign from the sign page.
